Some more party information...

We start with some alpaca treat feeding and petting to get the children used to their new alpaca friends!
Then they will team up with their alpaca buddies and off we all go for an alpaca walk in the orchard (Approx 45 minutes, with plenty of time for photos and feeding, before and at the end of the walk)
Afterwards there is time to meet the rest of the herd and any baby alpacas (this depends on the time of year).
Then head to our covered Party Barn which will be decorated for the party lunch, and tuck in to a delicious alpaca party lunch box! (Filled Ham & Cheese Roll, Party snacks, and a juice box - water and squash are available).
Then finish the party with the Birthday Cake - We provide a large topped loaf cake with decorations and candles, our standard flavour is Chocolate Fudge Cake, but we can take requests for flavours.
Tea, Coffee and separate cakes are included for up to six grown-ups.
Option to bring own Birthday Cake and any extra drinks or snacks, you are welcome to use our fridge.
You can also bring any extra decorations, helium balloons (we are unable to provide these) or games to play!
We will also be on hand to take photos of the walk throughout and will share these with parents at the end.

Numbers, Child/Adult Ratios & Pricing:

Our maximum group size is 6 children each with their own alpaca and we include 6 adults per party - Price is £245.
Extra adults are welcome along, but we can only have a maximum of six on the walk itself. Extra adults are £5 each for tea and cake.
Suitable for 6th Birthday parties and up. For children aged 5 – 9 we must have one adult per alpaca walked, to walk along and hold the lead rope with the child where needed. For example if we have a full group of six year olds, we must have six adults to walk with each child and alpaca.
Ages 10+ – One adult to a maximum of three children. For example if we have a full group of six 12 year olds we must have at least two adults accompanying them.
We take payment up front to book in the party.

Other details:

We usually start the 'Paca Parties at 10.30am to coincide with lunch time, however can make this 10 or 11am.
We suggest a pick-up time of 12.30pm-ish.
We reserve the right to decide on the day how many alpacas we take for the walk as all groups and children confidence levels are different and our duty is to provide a safe and fun experience for everyone!
We can provide options to suit different dietary requirements, however there may be a small surcharge for this. We ask visitors to be aware that we use a home kitchen to prepare all food. If there are any concerns with regards to allergies or dietary requirements please get in touch directly to discuss.
