What's included?

A fun filled morning with alpacas and friends, creating happy birthday memories!
10.30am - 12.30pm Party
40 Minute Alpaca Walk - Alpacas will be wearing their party neckerchiefs!
Then meet the rest of the herd and pigs too
Alpaca treats, cuddles and stories included!
Decorated undercover Party Barn for lunch
Packed Lunch boxes including:
Filled Roll (Ham and Cheese unless other favourite requested), Snacks (Crisps, Fruit, Biscuit) and Fruit Juice Box.
Option to bring your own party birthday cake and we can help serve, put on candles and bring out e.t.c
Up to six children with six adults for Saturday/Sunday morning or Holidays - £245
(We keep our parties small but lots of fun for everyone, alpacas included!)
Peace of mind - Vic will be on hand to answer questions and help organise the easiest, most talked about party ever!

Some more party information...

We start with some alpaca treat feeding and petting to get the children used to their new alpaca friends!
Then they will team up with their alpaca buddies and off we all go for an alpaca walk in the orchard (Approx 40 minutes)
Afterwards there is time to meet the rest of the herd and any baby alpacas (this depends on the time of year).
A party wouldn't be complete without photos and we will be on hand to take snaps throughout to share with parents at the end.
Then head to our covered Party Barn which will be decorated for the party lunch, and tuck in to a delicious alpaca party lunch box! (Filled Roll, Snacks, Fruit and a juice box)
Tea, Coffee and cake included for grown-ups.
Option to bring own Birthday Cake and any extra drinks or snacks, you are welcome to use our fridge.
You can also bring any extra decorations, helium balloons (we are unable to provide these) or games to play!

Numbers, Child/Adult Ratios & Pricing:

Our maximum groups size is 6 children and 6 adults per party - Price £245 (Extra adults can come along at no extra charge but will need to sit out for the walk part).
For children aged 5 – 9 we must have one adult per alpaca walked. For example if we have a full group of six 9 8 year olds, we must have six adults to walk with each child and alpaca.
Ages 10+ – One adult to a maximum of three children. For example if we have a full group of six 12 year olds we must have at least two adults accompanying them.
We take payment up front to book in the party.

Other details:

We usually start the 'Paca Parties at 10.30am to coincide with lunch time.
We suggest a pick-up time of 12.30pm-ish.
We reserve the right to decide on the day how many alpacas we take for the walk as all groups and children confidence levels are different and our duty is to provide a safe and fun experience for everyone!
We can provide options to suit different dietary requirements, however there may be a small surcharge for this.
If you would like just drinks and individual cakes or cookies after the walk (rather than a packed lunch, for an afternoon party for example) - the price is reduced to £210.
